Our restaurant is housed in the Estate’s original cellar, a historic monument which has been transformed into a sophisticated yet relaxing fine-dining setting. We’ve done our best to preserve the unique charm of the building so that guests are transported back to simpler times, where good wine and food are central to the experience. Tokara Restaurant, situated 400 meters above sea level on top of the Helshoogte Pass outside Stellenbosch, offers its guests terroir focused contemporary cuisine, award-winning wines and dramatic views over Stellenbosch and False Bay. The Deck at Hidden Valley

The Deck at Hidden Valley is a casual self-help eatery, set on a floating deck with the most spectacular views in the winelands. Bertus loves eating burgers, and has created what he thinks is the most perfect burger in Stellenbosch. The menu is small and simple, but will always feature the star of the show – our 100% beef burger with a home-made butter bun – and a variety of amazing wood-fired pizzas (always a vegetarian option on the menu). One of the first signature chef restaurants in the Cape Winelands, Jordan Restaurant brought Chef George Jardine’s brand of contemporary fare from city to country in 2009. We are excited to announce that from Spring 2022, Marthinus Ferreira, of Dw eleven – 13 in Johannesburg, will be joining us and the management of The Jordan Restaurant, taking over from Chef George Jardine. The signature restaurant will trade under the name The Jordan Restaurant with Marthinus Ferreira (who worked with some of the world’s top chefs, including Chef Gordon Ramsey & Chef Heston Blumenthal). Renovations are currently underway.
